PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL SERVICES REQUIRES AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS!

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME, AS I WILL NOT RUSH!

 All lash styles are done with fine technique and skill that requires time. ​

CLIENTS MUST BE 18+ YRS OR OLDER. IF UNDER 18, APPT MUST BE CONSENTED FROM PARENT*

      ALL DEPOSIT PAYMENT transactions MUST be paid online at checkout.  

​

You are REQUIRED to come with a CLEAN, make-up free face and natural eyelashes.

​

 

This includes makeup, eyelash glue residue and oil. If any eyelash cleaning services has to occur, there will be a CLEANING FEE added to your service*​

NO EXTRA PEOPLE PLEASE! Space is limited   * NO CHILDREN! *

Avoid drinking energy drinks and/or caffeinated beverages before your lash service!

​​If you have to reschedule for any reason, PLEASE contact me ASAP, no call-no shows-no explanations, are unacceptable. (see cancellation policy)​

FILL INS:

YOU ARE ALLOWED 1-3 FILL INS PER SET MAX! THE LASH ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A FILL IF SET IS NOT UP TO FILL IN STANDARDS. ​BOTH EYES ARE AT LEAST AT 45-50% COVERAGE.​

 

BOOK FOR FOREIGN SERVICES IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS LASH TECH'S WORK ON.​​

 

LASH REPAIRS/FIX:

If for any reason you have to come back for a repair/fix, you have 24 HOURS to let your tech know!!

You also have 2-3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR INITIAL LASH APPOINTMENT DATE for the lash artist to HONOR your free repair If you cannot make it within 24 hours. After 3 DAYS, you will have to make a new appointment for a new set or fill-in (50%) depending on condition of lashes. No exceptions. Pictures may be requested.

EMERGENCY COMPANY FEE:

 

EMERGENCY company fees will be allowed upon APPROVAL only. (must consult with lash-artist prior to making appointment) This service allows you to bring company based on an EMERGENCY basis only. + $30 extra/ includes children.

 

​​📸CAMERA READY: You have the absolute right to refuse any photos/video recordings, please let me know if you’re uncomfortable. IF camera ready, you MUST look presentable! (No bonnets, hair wraps/scarfs) Be photogenic and not too shy for the camera! You will be possibly featured on my social media pages (as a story or post) for professional purposes only. Thank you, beautiful ladies!​

Please note that if you are booking for a class, YOU MUST BOOK 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE of your desired class date!

BE ON TIME, NEVER EARLY, NEVER LATE, UNLESS TECH SAYS SO!​ *

There is a $10 late fee added to your service once you are passed 10 minutes of your appointment time. After 20-30 minutes of being late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule.
