How long does mink lashes usually last?
Retention time for Eminx is about 2-4 weeks depending on your care of lashes. Remember ladies, lashes are supposed to shed at least 2-3 times a week due to natural lash new-growth. If you are losing lashes faster than this time, be sure that you are not picking, pulling, tugging or excessively touching your lash extensions. Brush them at least 2-3 times a day and use lash cleanser if you're a makeup lover!
Refunds and Exchanges?
Eminx does not have a refund policy at this time. However, exchanges are only available for Eminx products only (eyelash strips/ weight-gain regimen, etc.) Customers are allowed to exchange ONE, un-damaged, un-opened, and UN-USED item for a different item at the same price.
What are the payment options?
Eminx offers all debit card/credit card and PayPal transactions through our online payment service. When booking for an appointment, you must book and pay a deposit to confirm your appointment.
